The Goring 10K is one of the most popular runs in the South of England and every year promises to be bigger and better than before. All proceeds as always will go to Goring Primary School.
Paul Wycherley, Great British kayaker and current world record holder, will be firing the starting gun this year as part of Goring 10k’s Olympic theme.
Funds raised this year will assist in refurbishing the school pool. All entrants will be included in a prize draw to win a pair of Olympic tickets.
The Goring 10K passes through beautiful countryside, it’s a scenic and popular event. The race is ideal for runners training for the Reading half marathon or the London marathon but also has appeal for those less serious runners with more realistic ambitions or those who just want to shed some of that Christmas excess.
